Built for the Trailer Train Company in the early 1970s, the F68 CH was manufactured at Bethlehem Steel's Johnstown, Pennsylvania plant. An initial group of 25 cars was produced, making the among the first delivered int he newly introduced yellow TTX paint scheme.
These cars were specifically designed to transport wheeled machinery such as large combines, tractors, and heavy construction equipment. Four rows of chain tie-down channels along the deck provided flexibility for securing loads of varyiing sizes and configurations.
The Oley Valley Railcar model represents the cars as originally constructed. These cars carry the reporting marks TTMX.

Pricing: $250 per kit / 2 for $450 / 4 for $800 plus shipping.
We have a limited number of assembled, ready-to-run cars available for local
pick-up or delivery at the Great Lakes Large Scale Train Expo for $300.
