OUR VISION
At Oley Valley Railcar, we're 1:29 G Scale Modelers just like you. We were frustrated by the lack of diversity in freight cars available in 1:29 Scale, so we set out to change that. Using prototype drawings, 3d printing, and resin castings, we're creating high quality Made in America model kits that aren't available in 1:29 G, at a price that won't break the bank.
OUR HISTORY
Oley Valley Railcar was co-founded by father and son, Dave & TJ Weber. As some of you may know, TJ passed away unexpectedly in January, 2023 after suffering cardiac complications related to his battle with epilepsy, but Oley Valley Railcar lives on under Dave's expert guidance. Dave brings to the table more than 40 years' experience in HO and G-scale modeling, with wife/mom Cari working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly! Product development has been a slow process, but with the help of some amazing and talented friends, things are now on a roll. We appreciate everyone's patience during this transition, and look forward to continuing to serve your modeling needs .
